\r\n It all started with dedication\r\n for Education<\/span>\r\n <\/h2>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n
\r\n

\r\n The Institut Pendidikan Indonesia (IPI) Garut is a college that has grown through a long journey in the world of education. That journey began in 1983 with the establishment of the Graduate School of Teacher Education and Education Sciences (STKIP) Garut.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n As the needs of higher education continue to evolve, STKIP Garut has continuously strengthened its institutional structure, eventually officially transforming into Institut Pendidikan Indonesia in 2017. This transformation marks a new chapter in expanding the institution\u2019s contribution to Indonesian education.\r\n <\/p>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/section>\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n

Establishment of STKIP Garut<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n The Garut Higher School of Teacher Training and Education (STKIP) was established in July 1983. In its early development, the institution was under the supervision of the Timbanganten Garut Foundation.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

Strengthening the Foundation\u2019s Institutional Structure<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n The Timbanganten Foundation, along with other foundations that manage colleges in Garut, formed the Garut University Mentoring Foundation. This step is part of efforts to develop higher education in Garut.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

\r\n On April 11, 1990, the Timbanganten Garut Foundation was completed and renamed the Garut Education Foundation (YPG). This change was part of strengthening the management and implementation of education.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n

Transformation into IPI Garut<\/h3>\r\n\r\n

\r\n On November 17, 2017, STKIP Garut officially changed its form to the Indonesian Institute of Education based on the Decree of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education Number 653\/KPT\/I\/2017.\r\n <\/p>\r\n\r\n
